Is the price really fixed?
Yes. After a free discovery call we send a one-page scope with a fixed price and fixed milestone dates, usually within 24 hours. You pay per delivered milestone. If you ask for something outside the scope, we quote it separately from a published rate card before any work starts. The original price never moves.
How do you keep quality high on a fixed budget?
Every milestone is audited by a senior engineer who is not on your project team. The audit covers code review, automated tests, performance, security and, for ERP projects, stock and ledger reconciliation. You receive each audit report, and care-plan clients get a quarterly health audit after launch.
Do you implement ERP for companies outside India?
Yes. Much of our ERP work is for businesses in the US, UK, EU and Australia. We price in USD, GBP, EUR or AUD, overlap with UK, EU and Australian working hours, hold early-morning calls for US teams, and set up local tax such as UK MTD VAT, EU OSS VAT, US sales tax and Australian GST & BAS.
When does a business need an ERP?
Common signs are more than 500 active SKUs, stock in several warehouses or with a 3PL, selling on three or more channels, own or contract manufacturing, and month-end closes that take more than five days. If two or more apply, spreadsheets and entry-level accounting tools are usually costing you margin.

Accounting tools are built for the books, not for stock, production and channels. Running them beside separate inventory and order apps means reconciling by hand. ERPNext becomes the single source of truth for orders, stock, manufacturing and accounts, syncs with Shopify and Amazon, and has no per-user licence fees as your team grows. How long does an ERP implementation take?
A product brand connecting Shopify, marketplaces and a 3PL to ERPNext typically goes live in 6 to 10 weeks. Manufacturing implementations with BOMs, MRP and shop-floor costing usually take 8 to 14 weeks. The exact dates are fixed in your proposal.
What does AI enablement include?
