The client
Palmyra & Pine sells furniture, textiles and decor through its website, two marketplaces and twelve stores. Most customers browse on mobile and many still prefer cash on delivery.
The challenge
- ✕A heavy theme and too many apps made the mobile store slow and fragile during sales.
- ✕Store, web and marketplace stock were updated manually, causing cancellations.
- ✕Cash-on-delivery orders were frequently refused at the door.
- ✕Store billing ran on a separate POS with no link to online customers.
The solution
Shopify Plus rebuild
A custom theme built for speed, with a streamlined checkout and clean analytics.
COD verification
Automated WhatsApp confirmation and risk scoring before COD orders are shipped.
Store POS
ERPNext POS in every store, sharing customers, loyalty and stock with the website.
Channel sync
Stock, prices and orders synced across the website, marketplaces and stores every few minutes.
